| You are guaranteed $5000 at the end of each month regardless of payment from the client or vendor. Anything you make over $5000 is paid when we receive payment for your services. It will be paid on the 15th of the month or the last day of the month depending on when the payment coincides with payroll. We will take care of deducting your taxes, both payroll tax and income tax. The breakup is as follows, using a $100 bill rate:
$100 minus $10 (10% to Elite Careers) = $90.
$90 minus $9.64 (9.64% goes to payroll tax) = $80.36.
80.36% is subject to income tax.
Elite Careers consultants are responsible for all expenses (travel, relocation, etc.), but you may negotiate for reimbursement directly with the client. |
